The location was excellent. Right off the Gran Via with good walking distance to various points of interest. The apartment was very well maintained and welcoming.

Pedro was very kind and helpful when we arrived. It was easy to get to local trains and busses. Close to grocery stores. Easy to get to downtown Madrid.

Perfect staying place, smells clean and it was clean, well decorated and furnished, communication w management was a breeze, in-house staff were friendly, even after hours texted and got answers.
That will be my choice when returning to Spain, and that was my second time already.
Great service and quality property

The apartment need to upgrade its cleaning, in total it was a great stay but dirty. Coffee maskinen, next to the Windows, the sofa, toilet and kitchen and all the power outlets were full of dust.
I still give it a 5 star. The shower drain needs to be clean due to water running to the floor after a fee minute of showering.
The checkin and all the information was super easy to understand and to follow.
