Scam Property

Hello, I am escalating this case for immediate resolution. I booked this apartment through Booking.com and clearly informed the property in advance that I may arrive late (around 01:00 AM). No check-in instructions, self check-in details, or alternative access method were ever provided by the host. Due to travel delays, I arrived at the property at approximately 08:00 AM. At that time, the apartment remained completely inaccessible. There was no one on-site, no automated check-in system, and the host did not respond to repeated calls or messages sent both directly and via Booking.com. The only response received states that check-in is strictly limited to 15:00–16:00, and that guests arriving outside this one-hour window must find alternative accommodation. This effectively made the property unusable despite a valid and paid reservation. As a result, I was never able to access or use the accommodation for the booked period. I am therefore requesting: Full refund for the reservation due to non-provision of the service, or Immediate alternative accommodation arranged by Booking.com at no additional cost. I kindly ask for urgent resolution of this matter today.

No checkin information... no one for checkin. How can a customer who may come anytime in 24 hours ensures to be at the property only at the required checkin time which is one hour.... this is a scam
