The front desk lady was super friendly. Housekeeping was great. Very clean. Great location. Bed was comfortable.
Received the wrong wifi password, the ice bucket was very small. The continental breakfast was terrible!!! We booked this hotel because it said it had a pool, upon check in we found out the pool was indefinitely ‘closed’, this should be mentioned on the booking site.
We stayed in a jacuzzi king suite, it was very good, however the taps & spout on the jacuzzi were set up completely opposite of each other making it hard to set water temp.

The pool is closed when it was the main thing to wanted in my stay but wasn’t informed about it when I booked…

Very clean and nice rooms
Spacious
The First Lady that checked us in was rude , hollered across from her desk in the office - said what do you want . When I said to check in she said oh sorry I thought you wanted change. It’s not the first time this particular lady was rude. When you see a guest or patron or whatever you shouldn’t sit on your ass and heller out from the office to ask them what they want. Very unprofessional

Essentially, there was no continental breakfast. Saturday morning, I saw what appeared to be 2 breakfast burritos, along with 4 blueberry muffins, and a pot of coffee.
Sunday, there were no burritos. I am accustomed to seeing breakfast sausage, and or bacon, with scrambled eggs, even some form of waffle self serve. A selection of yogurt is also normal.
Being lied too by whichever booking site I used. The only reason I chose this property was for the pool/ hot tub . Upon arrival, I was informed about the Alberta Health department had ordered this closed.
The management hadn't made any effort to inform me prior, or to adjust my room rate for the inconvenience. That's poor customer service. I won't be back.
