In Florida for a few days for a concert. This is a convenient location, with a lot of restaurants, shops and a pier all within walking distance. Nothing fancy, but cozy and convenient.

Great communication with manager/Daniel. Walking distance to the beach, less than 5min. Room very clean. The property and the parking space need a lot of maintenance.
