Calm neighborhood in the outer region or Pardubice. Everything was easily accessible by car. The apartment has almost anything you need - fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and basic utensils. The beds were also really comfortable.
I didn't mind but there is a railroad close to the apartment, so if you're a light sleeper that may be a problem for you.
