Place was quite big and the staff was courteous. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean.
Since we came late at night there was no one at the property however they guided us through the phone.

First thing to appreciated about the stay is the cleanliness. It works good for both friends and family. Child-friendly and at good location..

The stay at Girivalam vista residency was really very comfortable. Even though I didn't meet the manager in person, he arranged taxi for outstation. He responded to calls at odd hours. As we were held up somewhere and by the time we returned it was very late. I had no option but to call in the middle of the night to inform about my check-out. He seemed like a very kind person. Thank you and we will come back again.
There's a dog nextdoor and my daughter was terrified when she opened the balcony door and it started barking.

overall it was good and only thing is that it is little far from Bustand and the auto drivers will ask for more than the bus charges
