Courtyard by Marriott Prishtina

The hotel was gorgeous! Lovely architecture and designs. Friendly staff members. In a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I have ever been to, had an amazing morning workout overlooking the view of the area. The spa was also nice. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend this hotel. Alinda (I forgot his name) was super lovely and helpful at reception! 5 stars!

An excellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Special shout out to the staff (housekeeping, bar staff and reception) who were so helpful and accommodating. A stay at the Courtyard Marriott is thoroughly recommended!

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Pristina from September 13 to 14, 2026. The hotel is in a great location in the new town, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, the entryway was inviting, and I even had the chance to play the piano in the lobby. What we will remember most is the staff. Everyone was friendly and happy to talk with us. Talha and Lea helped us at check-in and made us feel welcome right away. Lea was a shining star. She took the time to give us thoughtful recommendations on where to eat, answered our questions, and seemed genuinely excited for us to experience Pristina. Her energy and engaging personality made us look forward to getting out and seeing more of the city. Arvind was also kind and helpful with local tips. Sarah made a lasting impression as well. She helped us through both check-in and check-out with care and patience, and every conversation with her felt easy and personal, as though we were catching up with a friend. Her warmth made a short stay feel much more memorable. She is a wonderful person and a natural in hospitality; we hope she goes far. Thank you to Lea, Sarah, and the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

Das Personal war lieb und bemüht. Das Hotel an sich wunderschön. Reinigungspersonal war auch gut! Haben auch netterweise ein free Upgrade bekommen da ich 2 Einzel betten gebucht habe und wir nach einem Doppelbett gefragt haben. Wifi funktioniert gut. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten in der Garage. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden im Zimmer.

Dachte das Frühstück ist inklusive, war’s leider nicht. Keine Minibar. Baustelle ab 7 Uhr hat uns leider keinen Schlaf ermöglicht. Gym Geräte für ein neues Hotel sehr mittelklassig. Spa Bereich, z.B. Sauna hat nicht funktioniert. Keine Zahnbürste vorhanden. Zimmer sind ohne Balkone also Raucher müssen immer in die Lobby. Das auschecken fürs parken jedes Mal war auch bisschen mühsam das müsste man anders klären (Dauerkarte für Gäste) Für den Preis habe ich mir etwas mehr erwartet. Prishtina hat Hotels die weniger neu sind, günstiger, und viel mehr bieten. Finde ich sehr schade :/
