The location, space, parking and price.
The bedding had dirty marks and felt dirty. The cups need replacing. Its a mixture of gifted cups.

Good parking at front of property.
Good location
Ground floor access
WiFi wasn’t great but I didn’t really mind as we only used the property for sleeping one night.
Outdated furniture in bedroom, could be a bit more modernised to make it better aesthetically.
Very noisy people outside our door at 4/5am, although not the properties fault there was a lot of banging and shouting. Someone also knocking on our door in the middle of the night.
