Paralos Lifestyle Beach Adults Only

The resort was beautifully designed and maintained. The staff were multilingual, friendly, and genuinely interested in providing good service. There was plenty of beach for walking, there were many shops and small restaurants within easy walking distance of the resort. There were exercise programs, fitness equipment and a spa. There was public bus stop across the street that one could take into the heart of Heraklion. There were several different room options, some with balconies, some with private patio and pool. The food was fantastic - fresh, well-prepared, featuring seasonal foods and offering options for all dietary preferences.

I thought the music in the beach bar was too loud, but that's a personal preference.

Everything here is perfect. The staff, the location, it is all amazing. We stay here twice a year and every time we have the most special time. We also brought our older family with us and they are booking for next year already. It is a perfect balance of all ages and a very relaxed and quiet hotel. Matina, Eleni K, Marina, Marios, George, Vassos, Georgia, always make our stays special. Georgia is the most attentive and helpful human in the world! The spa is amazing and Callie is brilliant. The hotel manager is excellent and you can see the level of professionalism from her and her team everyday. She ensures the hotel is well run. I have worked in global hospitality for over 20 years and this place knows what real authentic hospitality is. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

Le personnel était très aimable et professionnel de la réception, à la restauration et tout le personnel de l’établissement sans exception étaient vraiment sympathique et au petit soin. L’hôtel est situé juste en face de la plage, les transats sont gratuits et on peut commander depuis notre transat à manger et à boire. Les plats du restaurant sont très bons et il y a beaucoup de choix! L’hôtel est tout proche de boutiques de souvenirs et à 15 minutes de la capitale et de la très belle ville Heraklion. Nous reviendrons très prochainement. Et un merci du fond du cœur à Georgia et toute son équipe pour sa gentillesse. Je ne l’oublierai jamais. 💖🥰🪽

Everything was magnificent. 10/10. Cleanliness, coziness, and quiet; the staff were friendly, and the management team were true professionals. Wonderful beach, wonderful and varied breakfasts and dinners.

The all-inclusive policy seemed a bit inconvenient, as there was an extra charge for drinks at dinner. It would have been nicer to pay a little more for the stay so we wouldn't have to think about money while on vacation. This also applies to the sun loungers by the beach, too.
