It was clean and comfortable. The location ended up being nice in the daytime as an easy place to walk to restaurants or downtown. It felt safe. There were a few things that needed to be fixed at the apartment. Or other questions I had and the Customer Service was stellar. Very quick to respond and helpful.

It needs to be noted that it is next to a hookah bar. So at night it was REALLY loud. There was a party going on there every night. And engines revving and cars honking. Luckily I’m a pretty deep sleeper and I wasn’t too frustrated by it. But it was loud. The day hours were quiet but the night was hopping.

El alojamiento está bien . La cama era muy cómoda , no así el sofá cama. Yo lo cogí para 4 personas 5 días , aunque mis hijos solo estuvieron 2 hasta empezar la universidad.Para 2 personas el alojamiento es perfecto, pero alguno mas que teng que dormir en el sofá cama mal porque es durísimo. Para dormir y para sentarse también.Cocina muy bien aunque pocos utensilios. Zonas comunes , piscina , gimnasio estaban bien aunque nosotros no los usamos. Parking incluido

Sofá cama durísimo. Solo un juego de llaves ( un poco engorroso al principio) . Sin las llaves no puedes ni coger el ascensor . Y ojo con perde las llaves ( llevarlas siempre encima o no podrás volver ) y multa de 500 $. El ruido de la calle se oye bastante aunque por las noches no hay demasiado , a no ser que sea festivo noche. Parkin no en el mismo edificio pero bueno solo hay que cruzar la calle.

It is a great location with many walkable areas in which you can dine, etc. I was in town for a work conference and although I rented a car, I could have walked to the location. Although we did not use it, it was great that they had a washer/dryer as well as detergent. I did enjoy the table games they had as well. They have a coffee maker (Keurig) as well as coffee.

I'm gonna preface this by saying that I rarely give this type of review but I believe that this experience can be turned around for the next traveler. A lot of information was provided and it was a bit challenging to find the right information at the right time. I would suggest that the information be disclosed a bit sooner so that the traveler has time to coordinate all things needed to secure the keys, etc. You don't take travelers from the same state so its safe to assume we are all traveling from out of state. For example, the parking is completely in a different building. Had I the time to review the multiple layers of information provided I could have planned for that ahead of time, rather than trying to figure things out between buildings with all luggage in hand. I had no time while on the airplane to look up the information. Several items within the household did not work. Between 8 hour meetings for the conference I attended and trying to rest, it simply was just not feasible to make a list and present it real time to have items repaired. We were not able to use the balcony because the screen was jammed. Several of the closet rods were broken. Some of the USB outlets near the bed did not work. The blinds in the bedroom had no rod you can use to open and close them. If you plan to cook, they don't have a wide range of pots and pans. Not much ovenware either. I had nowhere to place a pizza for the oven.
