Great location for Maggie, the Smoky mnt trail, Cherokee. We took kids tubing on river & kayaking at beautiful Lake Juna Luska!
Loved the hot tub!
All & all it was a good value.
The rugs in bathroom & doorway were not skid proof, we tripped several times & got caught in doorways. The dryer was not vented properly, made the house hot.
Had a musty smell Due to the age of it.

Owner was very kind and tried to fix what was wrong and if I was healthier the steps would not have been a problem
The steps up and down to the bedroom bathroom kitchen and if you are 6ft tall you are gonna bump your head a time or 2
