Clearwater Beach Getaway! Charming Suite with Rooftop Pool

Do not book with this host. I paid for a room configuration with 2 Queen beds specifically so my family would have separate beds. When they arrived, they were downgraded to a single King bed. The host, Roompicks, explicitly admitted to the error in writing, stating it was an overbooking issue on their end, meaning they sold a room layout they did not actually have available.Instead of taking responsibility for their inventory error, they dragged out communication for weeks, blamed the property, and refused to resolve the issue. I reached out multiple times only to be passed back and forth between the host and the building management, with each blaming the other. They have zero integrity and awful customer service. To be fair, the physical property itself was very nice, clean, accommodating, and in a great location. However, the breakfast provided at the property was not good at all, so don't bother with it. While the physical stay is nice, this host's business practices are completely deceptive. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere, because if this host messes up your reservation, they will leave you high and dry.

The room and hotel were very clean. The staff is very friendly and the valet is quick and easy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a great time visiting Clearwater Beach and this hotel was perfect. Great staff and great location! Would booked again.
