Excellent location to great restaurants and activities on Perth Road. Apartment itself is very comfortable and very clean with lots of great resources. We stayed here while we moved our student into Saint Andrews. Very convenient. We used a taxi for moving because we had a lot of furniture which was reasonable and then we’re able to use the bus back-and-forth and saved a lot in accommodations while still in a really great area truly experiencing Scotland. Highly recommend the restaurants in the neighborhood, especially Eastfield, which is just one of our favorite spots. Also The Giddy Goose was good!
I didn’t love the security deposit process because it was difficult to do from a US to UK transaction, yet I understand the importance of keeping the space nice for these proprietors. They have a wonderful space and naturally want to keep it protected. I was so that they were extremely prompt and returning it and extremely helpful in the process of the transfer.

This is our second visit to this apartment. Ideal location.. This was a lovely spacious apartment. Kitchen had everything that you needed. Living room and bedroom were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. A few minutes walk to regular bus routes into town and Broughty Ferry. Also close to Tesco supermarket. Wonderful authentic pubs nearby as are coffee shops takeaways and resturants. We can highly recommend and will definitely return next time we are visiting Dundee.

Flat was clean and comfortable mostly well equipped and all the appliances worked well.
We couldn't open the windows so it got quite hot and stuffy inside, but we did make good use of the fan provided. There was no teapot provided, which was rather annoying.

Location was perfect for my stay.
Very dirty door/hallway and stairs approaching the flat. Good strong front door. Flat clean enough but sparse and basic.
