The location is central, and the apartment is equipped with everything needed to prepare food. Just a few minutes' walk from the festival of lights. Quiet neighborhood and several cafes in the surrounding area.

The apartment is cute and very well appointed. It has everything you need for your comfort and convenience.
Because the property is sitting right on King Street the noise of traffic and pedestrians can be really annoying. There is an empty lot right next to the apartment which is Used for paid parking. It has two floodlights that are trained on unit number one, which flood the bedroom with light. This problem could be easily solved by installing blackout curtains.
