Premier Inn Köln City Centre

Great location only a short walk from the train and the room was great. Breakfast was good as well.

Nothing

A typical premier inn set up. We did premier plus which gave us a bigger room. The bed was really comfortable and the shower a lovely big size with good water pressure. It is really handy for the station - only about 5 mins away.

There was a strange vibration noise in the bathroom which only seemed to happen during the night and did wake me up more than once. There very rarely seemed to be any staff around. When we went looking for someone to be served at the bar during the happy hour the receptionist was in the back office and told us we would have to wait as he was too busy answering emails and doing office admin. Also the rooms are only serviced after the third day but when it was done all that had happened was they straightened the bed, not changed the sheets and didn’t replenish the coffee or tea

Location was perfect, it was really quite and the bed was super comfy

The location was great. The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable.

We were disappointed that they no longer clean or freshen up your room during the stay. We stayed four nights and had to ask for everything rather than the hotel taking care of us as guests. As such we felt it was too expensive for the little they provided. As the hotel was so close to the central train station, we did not buy their extremely expensive breakfast.
