Excelente departamento, no es publicidad engañosa, mis hijos y yo lo pasamos espectacular, atención espectacular en todo el proceso.
Ciudad muy ruidosa pero no tiene que ver con la reserva.

Location, facilities, kitchen, bedroom, TVs, gym, pool, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Super close to Miraflores too so you get both amazing areas next door.
The apartment we chose was suppose to have one queen bed in the bedroom and one sofa-bed in the living room but it was only one bed. The sofa-bed is not a bed at all. the length is like less than 120m so not for a human being to sleep on. I informed the reception but they didn't do anything so we were forced to sleep with my friend in the same bed. Not great when you book with 2 beds listed.

Great apartment in Barranco and close to the malecón. It has a big smart tv in the living room, basic kitchen, iron and hairdryer, comfortable bed, and basic toiletries. In the building you also have a little rooftop swimming pool, a gym, laundry room (use for a fee, with no detergent though), and 24h reception.
The communication for the check-in was somehow repetitive - I don't know if it was different people using the same chat but they asked me for the same information 3 times. It was frustrating, but in the end it all worked out fine. They also don't provide additional toiletries nor toilet paper regardless of how long you stay.

Si muy cómodo y agradable, tuve un imprevisto y tuve que alargar mi estadía constantemente y ellos fueron muy amables y cordiales en hacerlo. Me encantó el personal de recepción muy amables desde los recepcionistas hasta el de seguridad. Muy seguro.
No me gustó que pude utilizar la licuadora, que a mí me encantaba hacer jugos. Y bueno por la posición del edifico suelen haber mucho ruido de los carros durante el dia y noche. Pero por todo lo demás muy bien.
