Repeat guest for this property. Location is very close to the KL Monorail, or a short walk to KL Sentral, so it is very convenient for anyone needing to take a train out of KL Sentral. The host personally came to pass the room keys on arrival, even though the room was not ready yet, so that I could store my luggage items first while waiting for the room to be ready, which I appreciated. Room was clean and Wi-Fi was fast enough to watch YouTube on TV without any issues.
There is a laundromat in the property that is useful, though I did not use it this time.
There can be a bit of a wait at time for the lifts in the property. The rooftop swimming pool was under maintenance when I stayed there, which was a bit unfortunate as I enjoyed using it during my previous stay last year.

Location is near to KL Sentral and next to Tun Sambanthan Monorail station. Ms Lin who helps with the registration and administration of this unit is very friendly and helpful

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Nothing.

Nice property if you like living in a big city
It can be cleaner. The only contact that you have is a WhatsApp number of Ms. Lin and the existing reception is of other facilities, which don’t help you if you need something. Chaotic place. We stayed at the 43 floor in a small room and we had to wait much time for the elevator. In the building are living many many people
