The management kept close communications, gave clear instructions, were accommodating, and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was courteous.
It was a bit farther than I thought, but still we were able to walk to stores and restaurants.

Very good accommodation, good facilities and well organised transfers. Communication was good with excellent English too.
Our only concern was that the air conditioning was not cool enough, but we are from the north of England and not used to the hot Italian weather. This may not be a problem for others.
