Owners very friendly and the accommodation was very clean and tidy, nicely placed in "the garden" at the back so didn't have to climb stairs.
Great location to Bridlington seaside, town and markets.
Would highly recommend a stay here.

We have stayed in the property twice now and it’s always very clean. The bedding smells so fresh.
There is nothing not to like here.
