The studio (3). Big, high, artistic, cool room looking out over bushland. The manager was very helpful and always responded via Whatsapp and solved anything very fast. The location - reminded me of Kuta 40 years,ago. Still cows on the main street and hardly any traffic. Minutes on the bike to Dreamlands and Balangan Beach. Great Italian (Zena) restaurant next door and a few more great Warungs and little coffeshops in walking distance. Supermarket 100 m away. Please note: These studios are run more like managed private units via Whatsapp, not like a hotel. I didn’t see anyone else for most of the time, which suited me fine.

The building noise everywhere in that area at the moment. It's not too bad though as they rarely use heavy machines or power tools. The rubbish on all public land in the area, but that's Bali. Very tidy and clean in private but communal services are terrible.

Great little spot

Room is very big and comfortable.

Less about the property more on the location , if you go out to uluwatu center and come back after 23:00 you need to do a pretty big turn around because the usual roads are closed..
