Great location. Clean. Good neighborhood. Theatre room was so fun for the kids. And they enjoyed having a TV in every bedroom.
A/C did not work well upstairs. However, there were two box fans in the house when we got there. Had to purchase two more and that helped. Without the fans, upstairs rooms were scorching in the mornings while downstairs was freezing.
We did have to kill a few wasps in one of the bedrooms, but are unsure where they were getting in.
Kitchen cooking utensils were sparse. I’m sure most people eat out frequently. But with a family of 8, we wanted to cook at the house more. I ended up buying a skillet and pizza pan, along with some disposable pans to get by. There were plenty of bowls, plates, cups.

Nice house, location, clean! Would be helpful to leave tv passwords and wifi and media movie room instructions on the table. The backyard would be great with a patio set.

Roomy and good for the 4 grands.
Outdated kitchen and very limited cooking utensils. Could not even make cookies or pizza without purchasing a cookie sheet or pizza pan. TV’s very outdated. Recommend installing Roku, Samsung, or LG. They do it all. Backyard needs some sorta furniture to sit in around the could be fire pit. House has potential and much better than a hotel.
