Beautiful location. Went far above expectations in terms of size, facilities etc. Newly refurbished and looks amazing! Everything it was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, superb power shower. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge kitchen/living area. Hot tub on site which we didn't use but was a great idea.Room also has a little patio with bbq. Staff so helpful no matter who we spoke too. Would love to stay again, two nights wasn't enough.
The only thing I think is a little cheeky is charging for parking. It wasn't a huge amount (CAD 25 per night) but for us, a couple from the UK on a B.C road trip how else would we get there other than drive? It didn't really impact our opinion of this lovely hotel but I think it's to be noted.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and had a nice view.
We didn’t know there would be steps until a few days before. We had to change the unit and were told we could cancel by both Booking and a resort staff member. We changed our travel plans based on this and then had to change them back. We ended up spending most of the time in the resort because of the stairs.
The unit also didn’t have basics (spices, cooking oil, herbal tea, lotion, oven mitts, WiFi, free parking)
