Good location next to the subway station. Very clean, well maintained property. House keeping can be bit frequent than once in four days. But staff was very helpful and supported all the requests.

Everything was ok. Excellent staff and very clean and well maintained but my only recommendation is that you need to permit the customer lower the temperature of the AC in the room the thermostat only allows to lower to 24 C degrees. And the days we are there in Paris was very hot sometimes 40 C degrees. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options

The good things: the property itself is very lovely and the apartment was as well. Big windows that opened up, Very clean and looks to be quite new. The top floor patio and breakfast area presented the most lovely views, and in the distance you could see the Eiffel Tower. A brand new metro station is literally at your doorstep, which was excellent! … because The not so good things.: there were no restaurants or grocery shops nearby. The afternoon we arrived we inquired where we could find a restaurant for our supper. There was one about an 18 minute walk away so of course that’s where we went. So the metro was our friend and once we would leave for the day usually by 9:30 to have a bite to eat, we would not come back until after our dinner. They did have a buffet breakfast every morning for €15 but if you don’t do a big breakfast you couldn’t just have a croissant and a cup of coffee. you also couldn’t have breakfast unless you’d made a reservation the day before, which no one had told us. There was no coffee machine in the apartment, just a kettle, some sleeves of instant coffee & teabags. So as a tourist, it wasn’t what we were used to. We are used to stepping out and within a block or so finding various coffee shops, restaurants and little Food markets. So for that reason, I wouldn’t stay there again. But it was a very nice accommodation.

Great place to stay. Clean, great air conditioning and extremely helpful reception staff. The metro station is also about 2-3 min from the hotel.
