Guest House Kusalo is situated in the heart of modern Dubrovnik. It is ideally placed as it is only a 20 min walk away from both The Old City and beaches and also just up the street from downtown Dubrovnik. Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool and shared terrace with seating area.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in.
This lovely double room can comfortably accommodate up to two persons.
It features free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Private bathroom comes with shower cabin and hair dryer.

Property is located approximately 1,5 km from Dubrovnik main bus station and ferry port Gruž. Grocery store, green market, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ATMs can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. It is 2 km away from Lapad Bay with its beautiful beaches.
Famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is 2 km away with various beaches, historic sights, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The nearest bus station is 150 meters from the apartment with buses passing frequently and less than a 5 minute ride to the Old Town or 20 minute walk.
Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes away from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

I had a pleasant experience at Guest House Kusalo, The location is quite convenient, close to shops and restaurants, which was a plus, The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay, The shared swimming pool was nice, though it could use a bit more sunbathing space, I appreciated having a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to the main attractions without hassle, Nothing extravagant, but a solid choice for travelers on a budget

Guest House Kusalo exceeded my expectations! The outdoor pool was a great bonus, and I took advantage of the close proximity to local shops and restaurants, The room was well-appointed and very clean

The place is literally a 1 bedroom and a bathroom, nothing else. A very very small mini fridge. There was a cockroach in the bed and one at the front door on the way in. The ceiling fan was non functional and the a/c would work for about 1 hour until the unit literally froze up. You would have to set it to heat in order to get it to defrost, then you could turn on the ac again for about an hour or so. The bed is very firm, very firm, so if you like a firm bed this is the place for you. The door handle fell off the second day we were there as well. We were able to get it back together temporarily. The add shows public parking right below the apartment, that is only for the owners, not the guests. Guests have to either pay approx 25 a night or try to find any availible parking, which is almost impossible. We felt the place was misrepresented on the add and it was not what we were expecting. We messaged our contact about these issues multiple times and got the same response "I will let the owners know" that is not helpful to us when nothing gets taken care of. The pool was nice and convineint. Overall we were unimpressed and would not stay again. Thank you.
