The location in town is great, and having access to the underground parking was convenient-once we finally managed to figure out how to get to the access card (which unfortunately broke on our last day during departure)

Considering the high price, this apartment fell well below expectations. Traveling as two couples, having two functional bathrooms was an absolute essential requirement for us, but unfortunately, the property failed completely: ​Critical plumbing failures: The second toilet posed a serious risk of sewage backup, and the bathroom sink didn’t work either. A plunger left right next to the toilet showed that the host was already aware of the issue. To make matters worse, when a plumber was needed, the host expected us to stay and supervise the repair ourselves. ​Misleading surroundings: The building is in an active construction zone, which heavily obstructs a large part of the advertised sea view. ​Lack of preparation: Access instructions were unclear, beds were unmade without linen guidance, and random toys left around made the apartment feel unprepared. ​Given the premium price, this level of service and maintenance is unacceptable.
