The management and staff at reception were all excellent, really helpful and full of smiles; thank you for your amazing hospitality Akash and the team! The place is so colourful and the pool and gym are in excellent condition. The laundry facilities are super handy and well maintained. The beds are comfy, showers are great, and housekeeping keep the room spotlessly clean.

Unfortunate view straight in to the multi story car park of the hotel next door meant you need to keep the blinds down to have privacy, which meant no natural light in the room.

Stay was great. Room was clean and facilities were good. I liked the water filter fountain to prevent purchasing bottled water

Walls were a little thin and I could hear noises from people entering/exiting their room as well as hearing other people turning on lights or speaking loudly in their room

We enjoyed everything. If I had to pick anything out I’d like the pool to have been a bit deeper but that is being really picky.

Hotel location is good, also pretty new so things still look in good condition.

Room layout makes little sense. The twin room has two tiny beds crammed in a small space where you struggle to walk around them but there is an equally sized area wasted as a "living room" where the TV is located. This area you end up using as a luggage space as there is no space or wardrobe to organise yourself. Cleanliness could be better. Common areas lack AC and makes for a stuffy experience. The in room AC is LOUD and there are two controls, yet reigning in the temperature is an act if randomness rather than planning. No curtains?! Just a roll down block out shutter. No privacy unless in total darkness.
