Comfortable room. Excellent location. Never met staff, but response to messages was very prompt.
Couldn't find a cup or glass for drinking water and brushing teeth.

It was very clean and quiet. It was close enough to the CU campus but away from the fray! There was plenty of parking, it was easy to find and the room and en-suite bathroom were perfect for one person.
The ceiling was noisy, but they are in the process of repairing it.

I stayed two nights in this wonderful and warm energy efficient home with my son. We found the room perfect for our needs - clean with excellent wifi and a good shower, a mini fridge, kettle and microwave. Our hosts were very friendly too.
I personally liked the location as it's a quiet neighbourhood north of town, but note that it's a drive, bus, or a bike ride to more central locations.

Friendly owners. The bathroom was neat and tidy, as were the towels.
No air conditioning - it was hot all day. The overhead fan squeaked so it could not be used while sleeping. Two bedroom windows had to be opened at night for ventilation, but one of them fell off its track and could not be closed during the day. The owners were informed but the window was never fixed. I had to manually close it from the outside by walking through their garden.
No TV or radio. Not a big deal as their WIFI worked well with my Pandora account. Plus the room was pretty tiny so placing these devices would be a challenge.
