The location and price.
First, I didn't like the Saudi male receptionist in the evening and his careless attitude. I think the hotel will loose a lot of customers because of his unfriendly attitude. My hotel stay was spoiled because of this. The second thing I didn't like was the lingering bad smell in the elevators and passages (corridor). The third thing was the noisy elevators. They didn't crash or break down, but there was something terribly wrong with them and were badly in need of a service.

Only location and bedrooms are same as pictures
No tooth brush holder, soap holder, tissue holder and washrooms need to be more clean they are not Upto mark and also no door bell, sleep is disturbed if someone is knocking the beside rooms and mostly they mentioned cancellation is not possible but the room was also not immediately available as per reservation.
