Always a great thing to be living in Seapoint. The balcony door’s really soundproof as well, so that’s a plus considering it’s closeby an active area. Security’s amazing with staff always on the ground floor, and though the QR codes feel a little volatile, it didn’t cause any hassle or trouble while I was there.
The bathroom had a bit of mould smell and the shower head was a bit faulty.

Apartment was.very clean and well equipped, good quality, safe. Ideal for overnight.
Located on very busy street. Parking problematic during the day, OK at night.
