It was a very nice day. There are need for just regular maintenance and repairs which probably will come with time. It was clean and the host was absolutely wonderful in accommodating small little request we had.

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed feeding the ducks in the river. Very easy access to I405 and close to Bothell shops and restaurants. The trailer park across the river has a mix of cared for and neglected properties in your view but they provided some interesting people watching opportunities! We would definitely stay here again!
