This is a fully restored country house with wooden floors and staircases, preserving its essence and unique charm. It has been adapted to meet all the needs and comforts of modern life. It exudes a sense of tranquility, both inside and in the surrounding area, as it is located next to the river.
A spacious vacation rental, located at the foot of the mountain, offering a wide variety of activities.
“Well-behaved” pets are welcome, and it can accommodate up to 15 people.
The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are double and 3 are triple. There are 3 shared full bathrooms and a shared half-bath.
The interior space is divided into several areas and floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, sofas, and a billiards room. A fully equipped open-concept kitchen/dining room with a fireplace and a large wooden dining table, offering direct access to the outdoor terrace. A room featuring a heated whirlpool pool, perfect for enjoying any time of year, and a game room for both children and adults. From this area, a staircase leads to a meeting room with a large wooden table, fully equipped with a projector, DVD player, VHS player, C+ receiver, and speakers, and set up to connect a personal computer for any event.
The second and third floors are the bedroom areas, where the guest rooms are located. The second floor opens onto a small balcony with a table and chairs and a guest restroom.
Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture, as well as a spacious garden with lounge chairs.
