The breakfast served at the restaurant, though with very limited options, was really very flavourful and tasty. We appreciate that the staff were also very attentive and thoughtful: when they noticed I was feeling really cold sitting under the aircon, without me asking, they came forward and offered either a change of seat or a blanket (I took the blanket). The room, though small, is well designed too: they have a dedicated vanity niche and loved getting a soak in the in-room onsen. The location is near to the main shopping/eating street yet not in the heart of it but slightly off where it's quieter.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The location was fantastic, very close to the beach and one of the liveliest areas of the city. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well designed. Overall, a great place to stay.

There was no clear information that a continental breakfast was not included, and drinks have to be paid for separately. However, the staff kindly arranged a solution for us, which was appreciated. In the bathroom, there was no body lotion or shower cap provided. The room also did not have a safe, which would have been useful.

The spa in the room was great after a long day walking. Location was very central to where we wanted to explore. The breakfast was a very good Korean style set

The room is very big and super clean. The style of the hotel and the room make us feel like we are staying in a resort. The breakfasts are exceptional. The lounges have different themes - comfortable and thoughtful.
