Olivier was a wonderful host — very helpful, friendly, and always accessible on WhatsApp. He went out of his way to help us during our stay as there was a protest going on in Paris. We arrived very late at night, but Olivier made sure we didn't face any trouble at all. Key collection was just 3 minutes away and very easy. The apartment is in a great location, nice and clean, and right at the heart of everything with excellent accessibility. We felt very safe even at night. It was perfect for a family of 3. Highly recommended!

The location of this apartment in Paris was perfect. Right next to the metro and a 5 min cab right to the Eiffel Tower (~30 min walking). The bed was comfortable, and the couch was a pull out which was great because we traveled with 4 ppl total (2 adults and 2 kids (16 and 6)). Olivier was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay.

Nothing.

Perfecta ubicación, muy cerca del metro y de la estación de tren

Spacious for Paris standards, well equipped kitchen with everything you need, great location close to 2 metro stations including Gare Montparnasse, washing machine, Netflix, good internet, comfortable beds, no noise at night time, good shower with hot water, ample storage space in the bedroom, separate toilet from shower, 2 fans were provided which we were grateful for as we were there in a heatwave, lift in the building but we did not use it as the apartment was only a short flight of stairs up. There was a very nice female neighbour who lived on the ground floor near the entrance. Didn’t meet Olivier in person, only spoke through WhatsApp, he was so friendly and welcoming. Sent us detailed information on the apartment, how to collect the keys, the location etc. We were also able to check in early after a very long flight and 2 hour wait to get through passport control at CDG airport, and also check out late for our flight to our next destination a few days later which we really appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏻
