施設がとても綺麗だった。

This is nice, clean new build property. There is 7Eleven close by and a coin laundry (for drying) near by so it so convenient. When we were staying there there was an earthquake and given the house is recently build we were comfortable house should have good build standards. House shook but nothing fell apart.
Apartment provided umbrellas and it was helpful.
When drive in a car turn into the house road from main road sometimes difficult during the rush time.
