Summary:
This lovely one bedroom flat is ideally located in Clifton. We are in the heart of Clifton, it's great access to Clifton Village, Whiteladies Road, the Downs, Park Street and a 2 min walk from the Clifton Down station.
The Space:
The basement fat comes with a lovely lounge/ kitchen.
There is one bedroom with a double bed.
A fully equipped bathroom.
And there is also a little space at the back outside to sit in.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire basement flat.
The Neighborhood:
This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There are a few little shops, pubs and an off licence shop in the street. You are also a 2 min walk from the Clifton Down station, and Whiteladies street where you have plenty of bus options, restaurants, bars and pubs.
There is also the Clifton Down Shopping Centre with a big Sainsbury's, where you can do some food shopping.
The Alma Tavern is just across the road, pop in for a bite to eat and a pint, or even to attend their Theatre!
Why not walk to the Clifton Suspension Bridge which is only approx 20 minute walk. or pop into Clifton village which is a 15 min walk!
Getting Around:
Clifton Train Station is approx 5 minute walk away. Local bus routes are either on Pembroke Road or Whiteladies Road.
You can also walk to the city centre, it is only a 20 min walk.
