Had a wonderful stay at The Lotus Chettinad. A special mention to Mr. Chidambaram for taking such great care of everything throughout our stay. He was extremely informative, helpful, kind, and especially patient, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Overall, the stay was smooth and pleasant, and all the staff members were very polite and courteous.

Place was great. Chettinad style stay.
Meat dishes were disappointing. Low quality meat were used and we had to return the food.

Few issues. Noticed cockroaches in the rest room. The restroom fan was loud, it kept me awake at night.
