Room was clean. Tv wasn't usable. Housekeeping tried to fix wirh no success. I finally got it to connect to internet after several attempts. Entry is a bit questionable but room was clean.

You can't judge a book from the cover , property external apperance is typical Athens old multi-storey. Internally the rooms are very good, modern with all mod cons. Smart tv , Aircon, heating, full shower with rain head. Sensational location heart of Athens , hop skip and jump to Metro and rail. Easy check in process all done on line.

Excelente location, walking distance to most of the major sightseeing sites in Athens. Great shopping and restaurant options all around. Appartment clean, rooms cleaned and beds made every day. Spacious apartment with working AC. Nice walk-in shower, separate from the washroom, small fridge and sink in the kitchen area. Coffee machine with daily re-supplied coffee and tea selection. No stove or microwave.

Our original reservation in the city center was canceled about a week before our stay due to a water leak. The host quickly arranged a replacement apartment, which we appreciated. The new apartment itself was comfortable and nicely renovated on the inside, even though the building looked quite old from the outside. The old-style elevator looked scary but also worked without any issues. The biggest downside was the location. Unlike our original city-center booking, the replacement was in a neighborhood that felt quite sketchy, especially at night. As a result, we relied heavily on Uber and Bolt instead of walking, which added a significant amount to our transportation costs. To the host’s credit, they were very responsive throughout our stay and even kindly refunded us €30 to help offset our Uber expenses, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, the apartment itself was good, but the location was a noticeable drawback compared to our original booking.
