Also the location is far from the center

Nice and newer modern apartment, comfortable and functional, excellent value, easy transition
Location is close to last palapas and but not super close, 8 min walk to bus stop, but I think is reflected on price
Occasional street noise from the main street that is close by, but not dramatic
8 / 10Excellent·déc. 2025
Location walking distance to ADO busstation as well as city buses as well as many restaurants and a supermarket. 2 bathrooms is nice. Drinking water is provided on request. Convenience store around the corner. Clear communication with the management team. AC everywhere.
Hallway to the entrance of the apartment was a bit smelly. Bedroom with the ensuite quite small.
