Although we didn't meet the staff in person they have been so helpful and offered lots of information before we arrived. The outside of the building is very deceiving as inside the rooms are fantastic!! So comfortable and welcoming, we loved it!
Nothing.

Room was lovely. Bedding was fantastic as well as extra blankets. Definitely did with care. Range of snacks that was provided as breakfast was great for me too.
The only gripes I have is the fridge making quite a loud noise every now and then continuously during my stay as well as the tv being quite small and high up making it a bit hard to watch.

Clean, comfortable room with good amenities. Easy check-in and lovely responsive staff.
Location was alright - you have to walk across a main road to get into the town.
