Location, view from the balcony :) size of the apartment and very comfortable beds. Restaurants and coffee shops around.
We were told, that the parking spot will be available, unfortunately it wasn't. We had to park far away and walk.

The location overlooking the Harbour.
The apartment was very spacious and clean.
The balcony was great and private.
The apartment was within easy walking to an indoor shopping mall, a lovely outdoor café, some restaurants and the ocean.
The apartment is in a renovated older building. The elevators were somewhat unpredictable.
The hallway of the building was very dark with a short- term light near the elevator.
There were no instructions about how to operate the washer or the Induction hob. We are from Canada so the appliances are very different from ours. Someone did come to the apartment to show me how the appliances worked but I'm used to seeing a booklet of information provided like on our trips to England.

Location and view were excellent. Bed extremely comfortable. Plenty of room and storage.
Water pressure was poor in shower and bathroom sink. Somebody locked the front communal door which left us locked in the building until somebody came in as we didn't have a key for that door.
