The location could not be better for someone wishing to visit the Porziuncola - the heart of the Franciscan Order - without the need to commute. Also all the shops and restaurants are right by the apartment, and still it is very quiet.
Is a city apartment, and, accordingly, there is not much nature or greenery around. Travelers looking for a quiet time in the country side could be disappointed. However, they will then have to commute to that very special place.
