During our stay in mid-September there were barely any people there so it was very peaceful (but at the same time kind of deserted). In the apartment, the bed and the couch were comfortable, the view from the balcony was nice.
Location is a kind of on the outskirts, I'd rather not walk there at night (car recommended). The building itself was unfinished and felt almost abandoned due to lack of people (but the apartment itself was cozy just like in the pictures).
