The size of the bedrooms and living area.
The period furnishings and the kitchen. The split air units in every room.
The shower is small and expected 2 full bathrooms. It is 1.5 bathrooms. Ok for a family, but tight for 4 adults.

A very spacious, comfortable apartment in the perfect location. We loved the area, with great food and drink options and easy walking to everything you want to see and do. Would recommend highly.
The smell of smoke in the corridor came into our bedroom a little, but that's not the owners fault!

Spacious, classical interior, centrally located, 30 minutes walk for most sites and transport, metro and tram to beach & Bay, market streets and lanes a plenty.
