Breakfast was good and the fact it's different for 2 days stay is a thoughtful gesture. The parking was very convenient for multiple entries.

A little not so clear on the instruction how to use the induction cooker. The instruction didn't mention about the "L" sign means it's LOCKED and need to press on the "lock" sign for few seconds to unlock.

All staff were very helpful and courteous, and they explained everything very well. They were also very culturally aware of different nationalities, which made us feel welcome. We had an issue with the air conditioner malfunctioning in our room; since it couldn't be fixed immediately, the reception staff asked for our consent to access the room so they could review it. They couldn't fix it during our stay, so they moved us to a second room, still close to our room preferences.

Grab and go breakfast was not what we expected, and was basic, western or asian choice only. On the second day, we were given Asian when we requested Western, which wasn't suited to our palate for this meal.

I love everything about this hotel! Staff is the #1 thing that comes to mind, as they are a huge part of what makes this place special. The one-bedroom suite is perfect for a long stay. The view I have of the mountains and the ocean is breathtaking, and the windows go from wall to wall and floor to ceiling in both the living room and the bedroom, so you're always connected to the awesome beauty of the surroundings even while you're tucked away in your perfectly-appointed living space. This place is super clean, meticulously maintained, and very comfortable to live in, for short or long stays. I will miss it when I leave, but I'll definitely be back!
