Facilities were as i am accustomed to.
The staff was extremely non customer focused. On every staff interaction, they provided very short kurt, answers or did not look you in the face. Seemingly had the attitude that addressing customer needs was an extreme bother to them. In short, you may say they were rude.

Really nice, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. While it is in West Memphis, it only took 10 minutes by car to get to Beale Street.

Man on desk was very accommodating, especially when he had to walk us to our because the door card machine wasn’t working.
The facility was very clean.
We got some orange juice and it was terrible, we then tried the apple juice…both were so heavily watered down that we decided to skip eating there. We just decided to go to the Cracker Barrel.
Not having our door card at check in at 3:30ish and when we came back at 6 it still wasn’t available. I think we got one around 8 but not sure if that time is correct. It ruins a stay when the ability to come and go is restricted.
