The room 401 was absolutely wonderful, first time in years we stayed facing the coast.
The cable tv in the bedrooms did not work. The spectrum account stated it needed to be activated.

Location of facility. Nights were quiet and didn’t have to worry about disruptive guests. Host was very accommodating and was available for any questions.
The inconsistency with the room key. Host did state that key would be given upon check in with staff outside in the security room. The gentleman who checked us in outside said he didn’t have the key, it would be with receptionist. Receptionist said there would be a hidden lock box outside our room door. Turns out, I had to go back outside to retrieve the key.
