Outstanding location right across the street from Miami

Worst place to go to

1 / 10

The worst place I have ever stayed. We are a family of 4, who needed at least two queen size beds. We booked a unit that was advertised as one bedroom with queen size bed and queen size sofa bed. Indeed, the unit was one bedroom with queen size bed. However, the sofa bed was broken and not convenient for sleeping. We called customer service several times to fix it. Despite several phone calls, our request was totally ignored. They would tell us someone will come and fix it, but nothing happens. After a few days, we got frustrated and asked for early check out if they don’t fix the sofa. But we received no response. We spent the entire week sleeping on a broken sofa. Terrible experience! Stay away from this property if you want to have a good vacation in Miami.

Easy check in . Owner fast to response and the place is clean. It would have been nice if the building have their own parking space but overall our stay in the condo is wonderful !
