The location was pretty OK as far as Kuala Lumpur goes. Most of the time we just rode Grab going to other places in KL, and we walked to restaurants and durian stalls nearby. The place is very well-kept and clean. The TV worked well. And the rooms, when the door is shut, are very quiet and peaceful. There was an initial problem with the aircon in the master bedroom but the owner sent a serviceman very quickly and resolved the issue.
No complaints about the owner or the specific property. I guess the layout of the condo was a bit peculiar...when we enter it is a far walk inside before we can get to the tower where the unit is. And the lifts are quite confusing. It took us a while to figure out where to transfer lifts and which lift to use to go up and down. Compounding the issue was that there was only one keycard provided so our entire group had to go together because there was no way to get in the property without a keycard.
