It’s location and it’s cleanliness
The breakfast menu needs to be changed everyday not repeated.

What a lovely hotel! The staff are fantastic. They can't do enough for you and are incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean, cool and pleasant. A huge bed with a very comfortable mattress. The pool is warm and surrounded by a spotlessly clean tiled area. The hotel has a very quiet ambience, which absolutely suited us. Walking distance from the beach and the village of Colva with its local produce and at least one excellent restaurant/bar. Highly recommended and we would happily revisit.

The location of the hotel is very interior. Difficult to locate, very remote.
