We were sent an incorrect location to collect the keys. finally got to the right location to collect the keys. Had to find the car park first and then find the apartment. What a nightmare!

It was cosy and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic!
We didn't come across an information booklet which usually tells you about where to empty the bins or anything which would have been useful.

The location was close to everything and it was sparkling clean. Loved that a car park was included even though it was tricky to find.
It would be helpful to label the swipes on the keys. The picture inside the loft can’t be seen when you are in the lined loft.

The first thing that was wrong was the directions on how the fine the place. It had 2 different addresses on the information page and I had to call 2-3 times after being sent to the wrong place.
The bed in the main room was broken on one side and the other mattress was as hard as concrete.
